1. Get an idea of what you would like done to your vehicle. If you like the current appearance we can restore the shine with a Paint Correction and a Ceramic Coating or protect the finish with Paint Protection Film. If you would like to change the appearance we can vinyl wrap the chrome trims, roof, or even the full vehicle for the most drastic transformation.

2. Pick a color! We offer our full 1 year warranty on 3M vinyl wraps, other brands may be used with your knowledge for special colors and finishes however we are unable to stand behind the quality of most other film manufacturers and cannot offer a warranty for those.

3. Set an appointment with us to come in, discuss your ideas, view color samples in person, and let us look over our canvas.

4. Once we finalize a color or design, we will take a non-refundable deposit for materials to secure an appointment.

5. Drop your vehicle off with us at our shop in Plano and we will work our magic!

6. We ask each of our clients with full wraps (vinyl or ppf) to come back to our Plano shop after 2 weeks for a quick inspection and a complimentary detail.

Yes! We know that you have high expectations when it comes to your vehicle. Not only do you want your car to look good, WE want your car to look good! Fortune Wraps offers a 1 year craftsmanship warranty on all full and partial wraps. This includes panel replacement for any installation errors (lifting edges, bubbles, wrinkles, etc). The warranty is only valid as long as you bring your vehicle back for your 2 week checkup. we do not warranty vinyl failures due to automatic car washes, pressure washers, rock chips, road debris, etc.

Fortune Wraps is known for our quality. We don’t cut corners when it comes to using the right materials. In our experience vinyl colors by 3M will hold up the best long-term, these wraps are covered under our warranty. Other non-warrantied vinyl manufacturers include Avery Dennison, Inozetek, KPMF, Hexis, APA and Oracal. We have color samples available to look at in person when you come by!

We ask that your vehicle be dropped off in a clean state. No apparent dirt, mud, or grime. Please be sure that the vehicle is free from any wax, tire shine, ceramic coatings, or any other products as they will prevent proper adhesion of the vinyl. We will be inside of your vehicle, please be sure to empty out any personal belongings from the interior including your garage clicker, insurance info, favorite sunglasses, and your phone charger!

Vinyl naturally has some hydrophobic properties so maintaining it is not so hard. However, vinyl is more sensitive than paint so keep the following in mind: Strong sunlight will fade the vinyl overtime. The best place to store your vehicle is under covered parking. Bird droppings and tree sap will stain the wrap! Please keep a towel in your vehicle to spot clean any major debris you may encounter in between washes. Quick detail is fine to use but you will not need to use any waxes. Do not use anything abrasive on the surface of the wrap to prevent scratches. Do not drive through an automatic car wash! That is terrible for paint and even worse for vinyl. For best results and longevity, use a two-bucket method when washing your car. Vinyl specific aftercare products are offered online, and we can point you in the right direction.

Absolutely. We love doing custom projects, they’re fun and help us expand our abilities. Reference photos always help us understand what you are envisioning, so please provide them if you have them. For any fully custom designs, talk to us and lets collaborate. We use knife-less tape to cut vinyl on the car without cutting the paint so you don’t have to worry about knife marks.

For any projects that take more than an hour, the answer is no. If you absolutely cannot find a ride while we are working on a project taking only a few hours, you are welcome to stay and watch netflix upstairs but please respect the space that we need.
